The production plant has successfully undergone numerous expansions in both optical fibre and cable, and has been ranked No. 1 in this field in China and also one of the top ten in the world in terms of output and turnover. The annual output capacity for the optical fibre is 5 million kilometer with the cable capacity of 80 thousand sheath kilometers. The fibre products produced are single mode optical fibre (G.652, G.652c, G.653 and G.655) and multi mode optical fibre (62.5/125, 50/125). The cable products are suitable for applications such as direct buried, duct, aerial, and underwater. The factory obtained ISO 9002 International Quality System Certificate and European Quality Net Certificate in 1993. This was the first optical fibre and cable company in China to achieve this. In 2002 obtained ISO 9001 International Quality System Certificate. Since the fibre and cable products were first installed on China's national cable backbone networks in 1992, they have not only supplied products to all provinces within China but have extended market coverage in the USA, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Europe and the Middle East. They have been serving a range of sectors including telecommunications, railways, power, CATV, civil aviation, petrochemical, highway, national defense and education. MOX cables are loose tube stranded. Fibres are positioned into a loose tube made of high modulus plastics. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. Product characters• High strength loose tube that is hydrolysis resistant and special tube filling compound ensure a critical protection of fibres • The strength member is located in the center of the cable core. The loose tubes are stranded around the strength member at proper lay length. The tensile strength and temperature performance of cable can be ensured by controlling the fibre excess length and adjusting the lay length • The spaces between loose tubes and strength member are filled with cable filling compound to prevent water ingress • Various measures are taken to ensure the cable watertight longitudinally and axially • Various measures are taken to ensure the crush-resistance of the cable according to different requirements Please select a cable type to view more information.
